Solar Sales Associates Needed for Home Depot

- Crescent City, Red Bluff, Redding, Santa Rosa, Ukiah
- Range ~$3,000-5,000 per month (or more)

Are you passionate about the environment and helping people save money?
We are looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team as a Solar Sales Associates! We've partnered with Sunnova to bring solar solutions directly to Home Depot customers. You'll be stationed inside the store at a dedicated table, educating homeowners with very basic information about the benefits of solar, and then scheduling a more in-depth appointment with our solar sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Staff our Home Depot table near the Home Depot entrance.
- Greet Home Depot customers entering the store and, if you can, physically help them find the product they came into the store to buy.
- Build rapport with Home Depot customers by asking questions and steering the conversation toward solar.
- Invite Home Depot customers to schedule an appointment with one of our solar consultants
- Use a tablet to schedule appointments with our solar consultants
- Be enthusiastic and warm and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in necessary training, education and meetings (usually held in-store or via Zoom)
